At CompuMail, we don’t just offer a 14-day return policy as usual. We also provide an extended return period for Christmas gift purchases, so you can shop for your presents with confidence. What does that mean? Let us explain.
Extended return policy for Christmas gift purchases 2025
We offer an extended return period for Christmas gifts purchased between November 11 and December 23, 2025. The return policy applies only to unopened products and private purchases.
The product must be received by us no later than January 12, 2026.
Tick the box "Christmas gift?" during checkout when completing your order.
This activates your extended return option for Christmas gifts – and the product can be returned between December 24, 2025, and January 12, 2026.
You do not need to contact us or add a comment to your order. Just remember to activate the extended return option when finalizing your purchase.
This means you can buy your Christmas gifts early at CompuMail and still give the recipient the opportunity to exchange the gift until January!

PostNord recommends that all parcels for delivery within Sweden before Christmas be shipped no later than Wednesday, December 17, 2025, to ensure delivery before Christmas Eve.
Delivery with Dachser in Sweden before Christmas 2025 (pallets and groupage)
Dachser recommends that all pallets and groupage shipments for delivery within Sweden before Christmas be shipped no later than Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

Do you offer a price guarantee or price match at CompuMail?
No, we do not offer a price guarantee or price match, either for Christmas gift purchases or other orders.
How can I see the stock status and delivery time for a product?
Both the stock status and the expected delivery time are displayed on the product page – and again at checkout. If the product is marked as "green", it is physically in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. If the product is marked as "yellow", it will have a longer delivery time, which is always stated on the product page.
I ordered a Christmas gift, but the expected delivery time has passed – what should I do?
If your item is delayed, our system will automatically send you an updated estimated delivery time. Please note that all delivery times are expected delivery times. Christmas is a busy season for us, our suppliers, and our carriers. We do our best to deliver on time – but please order early if possible.
I ordered a Christmas gift but forgot to activate the extended return policy – what should I do?
Simply reply to the order confirmation you receive from us after placing your order and ask us to activate the return option in our system. We will then have all the necessary information automatically.
How can the recipient return the product?
If the recipient wishes to return the product, a return case must be created via our return page. You can also choose to receive a return label for a fee of SEK 50 incl. VAT (the amount will be deducted from the refund). To create a return case, you will need the invoice number and the email address used for the purchase.
Can I return the gift on behalf of the recipient?
Yes, of course! As the giver, you can also create a return case via our return page.
Who receives the refund?
As a rule, the refund is issued to the buyer unless otherwise agreed. If you want the refund to be made to another account, please specify this when returning the item. Provide the recipient’s name, email, and phone number, as well as the bank’s clearing and account number.
What if the packaging is opened?

What if the product is not sealed?
If the product is not sealed, you can still make use of the extended return policy. We will assess the condition of the product, and if it appears new and unused, it will still be covered by the extended Christmas gift return policy.
