FAQ - 2 - Return and cancellation right

If you have made a return, either in whole or in part, the amount will be refunded to you in the form of a refund to your account (on orders paid by debit card) or via a bank transfer (on prepaid orders).

​​​​​​​Typically, it will take 2-3 banking days for the funds to be returned to your account.


If you should be so unlucky that there are deviations from what you have ordered and what you have received, please contact us at (+45) 70 25 22 50, [email protected] or via our chat function, no later than 48 hours after receipt of the order.Then we start an investigation of what the error is due to and handle the deviation from there.

If you want to return an item within your 14-day right of withdrawal, you must fill out our return form.


For customers with a registered user (at the time of purchase):

Click on the menu item My Toolbox at the top of our website.
Here you must select the menu item Return of goods

Then fill out the return form with all relevant information.

For customers without a registered user (at the time of purchase):

Go to the footer (bottom) on our website and find Product returns.
Then fill out the return form with all relevant information.

If you have purchased several items from us on the same order, you have the option of returning one or more items to us. However, it does not include bundles consisting of multiple items.

In case of cancellation of parts of the purchase, you will not be refunded the shipping costs.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at COMPUMAIL.DK ApS, which is covered by the Consumer Contracts Act.


Extended right of return - Christmas 2023. As a private customer, you can put a tick in the "Christmas gift" field and automatically extend your right of return until and including January 13, 2024. The extended right of return only applies to unopened Christmas gifts, and we must receive the returned item no later than the 13th January 2023. The extended right of return on Christmas presents only applies to private customers and not to business customers.


The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.


We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and they must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you have regretted the purchase.


NOTE The right of return lapses with a business purchase.


Please note that there may be individual items where the right of withdrawal does not apply, such as sealed and sealed items such as software, or for customized and produced items according to the customer's wishes.

In the event that you have set up your complaint case prior to submission, you are very welcome to submit the product yourself in our product delivery at Høgemosevænget 1, 8380 Trige within the product delivery opening hours, which are 09 -18 (Mon-Fri).

You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you decide for yourself whether you buy a return label from us during the creation of the return case or not (50, - kroner including VAT).

You can order our return label under create return case at the bottom of our website, after which you will receive it by email.


If you use this option, we are responsible if damage occurs or the package is lost during transport. If you do not use this option, you will be liable if damage occurs or the package is lost during transport.


The package must be sent with delivery to our address, and we recommend PostNord. Parcels delivered to parcel shop or wrong address will not be picked up.


Some items cannot be returned by normal parcel post. This applies to packages over 20 kg. If the package weighs more than 20 kg, we recommend that you use PostNord Groupage via us. 

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties or the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the discretionary assessment made by COMPUMAIL.DK ApS based on an assessment of the product's commercial value.


This may include:


• Assembly of the item
• Removal of protective film or plastic
• Broken sealing

 Traces of use.


We recommend that you store the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the item. Likewise, all accessories in the form of manuals, cables, drivers, etc. included and it must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity.


All items returned to COMPUMAIL.DK ApS must be properly packaged. Damage as a result of defective packaging means that the right of withdrawal lapses, as the item has not been returned in the same significant condition. Items delivered in antistatic packaging must also be returned in the same type of antistatic material as on receipt. Failure to do so may result in damage to the product and the right of withdrawal will lapse.


If the original packaging is missing, it can lead to a decrease in the value of the item, as the item may suffer damage during transport, for which you are responsible.
