Yes, the same rules apply as when buying new goods.


No, unfortunately we do not offer a price guarantee, but strive to always have competitive prices. That is why we adjust our prices continuously, both via our systems and manually.

The fact that a product is in remote storage has a bearing on the delivery time that will be on the given product.
If the product is in remote storage, the delivery time will be extended.


​​​​​​​A Demo item is a good offer on a product that, for example, has damaged original packaging, has been returned, has been repaired or similar.


The right to guarantee and complain about used goods is stated on the individual product.

If the accident is out, the RMA process takes place exactly as with a new item.

Our PC production operates with 48 hours of production, in cases where we have all components in stock at the time of ordering.

​​​​​​​If there are components in the PC that are not in stock at the time of ordering, we will produce the PC in 48 hours after we have the components in stock.


You will find the current stock status of each product on our website.

Items in local stock are marked in green. Items in remote storage and items on the way to our local warehouse are marked in yellow.


Please note that items in remote storage and items on the way in have extended delivery time

The price of the item is frozen as you place an order. If we subsequently adjust the price, it is on the basis of our automatic pricing.

It is not possible to adjust the price of items already ordered.

Note, of course, it is always possible to use your 14-day return policy and order the product in question again.
