Denne APC Back-UPS yder strømforsyning og overspændingsbeskyttelse til trådløse netværk, computere, spilkonsoller og andet elektronik i dit hjem eller på din arbejdsplads. Tårn-UPS'en på 500 VA har i alt 4 stikkontakter, hvoraf 3 er udstyret med batteribackup og overspændingsbeskyttelse, mens den fjerde kun har overspændingsbeskyttelse. Den har en nominel overspændingsenergi på 310 Joule. Den sikrer beskyttelse af datalinjen via en analog RJ45-telefonlinje til telefon, fax, modem eller DSL.
